Tiny house, ADU or Granny Flat... interested?

Lately I've become very interested in the tiny house movement. This concept has great potential for vacation rentals as well, but it also is great for long term rental leases in your own backyard. Fresno County is a forerunner in the adaptation of allowing second dwellings on residential properties. These units are called ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) or Granny Flats. My mission is to educate families on these new types of real estate investments.
